The two apartments are in a prime location in the center of Playa del Ingles, on the 4th floor right next to each other near the dunes of Maspalomas (approx. 100m). They are in a very quiet location right next to the Hotel Riu Palace Maspalomas and the beach promenade. The Cita shopping center, supermarkets, doctor's offices, pharmacies and the bus station are about 5 minutes on foot.

Our holiday apartments were completely rebuilt in 2023 to premium class with the highest standard of the facility. The apartments have approximately 38 m2 and are located on the 4th floor with elevator. Non-smoking, they are fully and comfortably furnished and suitable for longer stays. Upscale furnishings with a balcony and pool views.

A living room with satellite TV, Netflix account included, fast fiber optic internet (400Mbit) included, fan, dining area and balcony with garden furniture, awnings, privacy screen. Both apartments are furnished the same, only the wall color is different
