Andre is a great host. Very good communication from booking to departure.
The apartment is as described and very well appointed.
The location is close to shopping, restaurants and beach access. Plus you are only a 2 minute walk away from the nearest bus stop to take you to other areas of Playa de Ingles.
I would definitely stay again.

This location is perfect and nearby the beach next to Riu Palace. The flat is well renovated and very functionnal. A big frige is needed and will be provided in the next weeks so that's great ::)) a nice bedroom you sleep well and a nice bathroom modern; I spend some excellent holidays . Thanks to Alexandra to take care of my stay and Andre

Todo. Sin duda lo recomiendo y volveré a ir, el apartamento acogedor, en la piscina no había mucha gente y la ubicación es perfecta para todo lo que desees hacer.

Wir kommen gerne wieder! Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, groß genug und sehr sauber. Insbesondere die Organisation und Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super. Sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht um uns.

Everything went smoothly. Hosts were extremely helpful, kind & were quick at responding. Great location and apartment. Would absolutley recommend!

Espectacular! El apartamento tenía todo lo necesario y nunca me faltó nada. Andre y Alexandra estuvieren siempre pendientes si necesitaba algo. Cuando vuelva a Gran Canaria, volveré al mismo lugar! 😊 Muy cerca de las Dunas y de la playa más bonita de Gran Canaria para mi.
