Wir verbrachten vier herrliche Wochen in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung. Sie war sehr sauber und es war alles vorhanden, dass man sich wohlfühlen konnte. Der Service und die Lage sind ebenfalls perfekt.

+ Es hat alles gepasst für uns. Von der remote Betreuung durch den Besitzer und Alexandra vor Ort bis zum Parkplatz auf dem Komplexgelände. Bequemes Bett, riesiger Fernseher mit ordentlicher Programmauswahl, komplette Küchenausstattung, sehr gute Lage. Ein kleines Manko ist die fehlende Klimaanlage, was im Hochsommer zum Problem werden könnte. Im Winter (wir waren im November) waren die Deckenventilatoren und Durchzug vollkommen ausreichend
Fazit: Wir können das Apartment 100% weiterempfehlen.

Everything was wonderful, the apartment is gorgeous, clean, tastefully furnished, I even had coffee, water and a bottle of champagne. Andre gave us all the necessary information, a special and wonderful host. Close to the Cita shopping center, close to the beach. We are very pleased and satistied, we will definitely come back. I recommend with great confidence! It deserves more than a 10!!!

Beste Lage, excellente Betreuung, jederzeit gerne wieder
Haus in bester Lage nahe Dünen und Strandpromenade. Supermärkte, Geschäfte, Lokale rundum.
Service vom Vermieter und auch der Betreuerin vor Ort excellent, freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar!!!
Das Apartment ist liebevoll eingerichtet, alles erforderliche ist vorhanden.
Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder.

Ideal für 2 Personen. Kurz gesagt: Wir hatten einen wunderbaren und sehr erholsamen Urlaub - das Appartment war perfekt und alles super sauber und gemütlich. Auch der Service war einfach top - wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt!

Vacaciones de ensueño
Apartamento increíble, con menaje de cocina nuevo completo, electrodomésticos buenísimos, muebles cómodos, televisión gigante, terraza muy acogedora, maravillosas vistas al mar, y una piscina grande, limpia y muy tranquila, así como el apartamento.
Hay un entorno fantástico de ocio con restaurantes y varios centros comerciales por la zona.
Si quieres pasar unas vacaciones de relax y a la vez de diversión, este es tu lugar.
Mención especial para Alexandra, que nos trató con esmero, con exquisita amabilidad, facilitándonos todo y siempre a nuestra disposición para hacernos la estancia más cómoda y completa.
Sin duda, volveré.

Appartement très bien placé, proche des dunes de Maspalomas, des plages et des commerces.
Très bon accueil de la part d'Alexsandra, sympathique et toujours disponible. Joli appartement et cuisine bien équipée. Grande et belle piscine. On recommande André et son logement.

Everything was fantastic. The apartment was really clean and had everything we needed.
Location near dunes(5min walk) and Playa de
Ingles (15-20min walk).
Bus stations were really close too.
Alexsandra and Andre are really kind and helpful.

The apartment offers a peaceful atmosphere where you can easily relax and unwind. The property is in an excellent location – right next to Maspalomas' biggest attraction. The staff and owner are very helpful, friendly and welcoming. Late check-in was no problem.
We would love to come back to relax on the island again.

Eccellente appartamento per visitare Maspalomas
Appartamento in splendida posizione, vicinissimo alle dune di Maspalomas, in un bel contesto con presenza di piscina e possibilità di parcheggio interno. La casa é completa di tutto, dagli utensili cucina alla lavatrice, e ha vari supermercati vicino.
Un bel terrazzino sui cui fare colazione o bere un aperitivo. Alexandra che gestisce l'appartamento in loco e Andre il proprietario sono stati molto cortesi e presenti durante il nostro soggiorno. Una ottima scelta!

A Grand stay in Gran Canaria
The attention to detail in the apartment and most
of all in customer relations.
Andre was punctual and cordial in his pre arrival messages, and Alexandra was on top of her game upon my arrival. The apartment is maybe a 5 minute walk to the observation point. Surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets, and pharmacies, all essentials are close by.
The apartment is cozy, very well furnished, and has a balcony overlooking the Av. Di Tirajana.
Alexandra is available 24/7 if ever anything arises.

The communication and contact with the hosts went pretty smooth. Besides that, the apartment is very well equipped, comfortable and the location is ideal (close to the Dunas and beaches and near many restaurants and bars).

Die Wohnung ist perfekt eingerichtet, sehr ordentlich, alles ist neu. Sehr gute Aussicht. Toll, dass es ein schönes Schwimmbad gibt. . Super ist, dass ein Stellplatz für das Auto vorhanden ist.
Toll, dass die Anlage gepflegt wird. Toll ist, dass die Wohnung gereinigt und die Bettwäsche und Handtücher gewechselt werden. Es ist sehr schön, bei der Ankunft eine Flasche kalten Champagner für den Abend im Kühlschrank vorzufinden. Es ist sehr wichtig, dass der Eigentümer und das Team miteinander kommunizieren und Ratschläge geben, wo und was zu finden ist und welche Dienste zu nutzen sind. Strategisch günstige Lage (Strand, Restaurants/Cafés, Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Surfschule, obwohl Sie abgeholt und wieder zum Standort zurückgebracht werden). In der Nähe gibt es eine erstklassige und sehr günstige Autovermietung (Topcar), bei der die Autos sehr sauber und neu sind. Von unserem Wohnort aus konnten wir täglich kurze, aber sinnvolle Ausflüge zu verschiedenen Orten der Insel organisieren.
Dieser Ort ist für Menschen geeignet, die Wert auf Komfort, Bequemlichkeit und Ordnung legen.

Die Wohnung ist echt Klasse, gut gelegen und Andre und Alexandra waren immer hilfsbereit und erreichbar. Werden in jedem Fall wieder kommen, wenn wir wieder auf der Insel sind.
Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert und es gibt 2 Fernseher sowie stabiles Internet, so dass auch ein Remote Arbeiten problemlos möglich ist. Der Ausblick von beiden Balkonen ist ebenfalls toll und die Küche mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt
