Nuestra estancia ha sido muy agradable y todo estuvo a nuestro gusto. El alojamiento cuenta con todas las comodidades necesarias y el menaje es muy completo, lo que hizo que nos sintiéramos como en casa. La ubicación es muy buena, cómoda para disfrutar de la zona y desplazarse. Además, destacamos como un punto muy positivo la posibilidad de disponer de plaza de parking, aunque en nuestro caso finalmente no la utilizamos.
Otro punto muy positivo es que disponen de un amplio abanico de juegos de mesa. También pusieron a nuestra disposición sombrillas y colchonetas para las tumbonas.
En general, una experiencia muy positiva y un alojamiento totalmente recomendable.

Una experiencia totalmente recomendable🥰
Un piso con todas las comodidades para disfrutar de un estancia vacacional, en una urbanizacion tranquila, bien cuidada y pegadita al Mirador de Maspalomas.Increible. Por supuesto que dicir de la atención recibida, impresionante, muy gentil y atentos.

Andre és Alexandra udvarias, segítő hozzáállása felülmúlhatatlan. Megbeszélt időpontban Alexandra fogadott, részletesen bemutatta az apartmant, aminek felszereltsége kifogástalan, minősége szuper. A berendezés modern, újszerű és minden tiszta. Ami egy kényelmes, kellemes pihenéshez szükséges, az itt megtalálható. Az appartman elhelyezkedése is kiváló az üzletek, a buszmegállók közelben vannak.
Én 2 hetet töltöttem itt, nagyon jól éreztem magam, bátran ajánlom mindenkinek.
- Semmi nem volt, ami nem tetszett volna.

Ten apartament to świetna opcja dla dwóch osób. Jest pięknie zlokalizowany w spokojnej, czystej i eleganckiej okolicy wydm Maspalomas.
Wyposażony jest bardzo funkcjonalnie i praktycznie. Jest tam czysto, ładnie i miło. Basen na terenie oraz bezpieczna okolica również podnoszą komfort pobytu.
Właściciel dba o wygodę i opinię gości, chętnie pomaga i sprawia, że czujemy się tam bardzo dobrze. 🌴🌞🌺

I stayed at Andre's apartment in the second half of June and I couldn't be happier. The apartment has a great location and it was never hot inside regardless of the lack of airconditioning. Andre gave me a lot of great recommendations. The place had everything that one might need - I was even given gel and capsules for the washing machine, as well as towels and umbrella for the beach, lunch boxes, a complementary bottle of champagne and much more. I am very grateful and will definitely be coming back!

Tolles Apartment in bester Lage von Maspalomas.
Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment sehr genossen. Die Lage ist hervorragend und ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um Maspalomas und die Umgebung zu erkunden.
Das Apartment ist gepflegt, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Besonders gefallen hat mir der kleine Balkon, auf dem man morgens wunderbar frühstücken kann.
Praktisch ist auch der große Kleiderschrank mit viel Stauraum, sodass Koffer und Kleidung problemlos untergebracht werden können. Zudem gibt es einen Aufzug im Gebäude und einen schönen Pool zur Mitbenutzung.
André ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der jederzeit erreichbar war und sich um alle Anliegen gekümmert hat. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und habe das Apartment 4/2027 wieder gebucht.
Klare Empfehlung für einen Aufenthalt in Playa del Inglés. Ich kann das Apartment zu 100 % weiterempfehlen. 👍👍👍

Very comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The apartment is beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything I needed and more. Communication from the owner was good and the lady who manages the property could not have been more helpful.

Perfect apartment with all ammenities required for a summer trip
The apartment in itself is very cozy. It has everything one could need for a sunny holiday, from beach items, to ironing, to kitchenware... everything. The bed and sofa were very comfortable and have loads of pillows - this is important. The apartment has new items such as a huge high-spec TV in the living room and another one a bit smaller in the bedroom. The bathroom was also very nice and the shower pressure was good. Lastly, the communication with the hosts was great - very responsive and helpful with suggestions. It was my friend's birthday, and they had a really nice gesture of giving him a small gift on the day. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here. The location is great also - close to the dunes and a 15 min walk to Yumbo.

We had a great stay, location was excellent and the apartment looked recently renovated, is nicely decorated and well equipped and was very clean. Great that it’s possible to sit on either side of the apartment and enjoy a breakfast with ocean views!
